Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time: After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Therefore, the total estimated timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is 8–15 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary slightly due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
